1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains permitted and prohibited uses of z3t.ai (the "Platform").
This AUP forms part of and is incorporated into our:
All Customers, Creators, Buyers, and users of the Platform must comply with this AUP.
Failure to comply may result in content removal, Agent suspension, payout withholding, account suspension, account termination, reporting to authorities, or other enforcement actions.
2. General Principle
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights, safety, security, or privacy of others.
You are responsible for all content, workflows, prompts, integrations, outputs, and data processing activities associated with your use of the Platform.
3. Illegal Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- violate any applicable law or regulation;
- facilitate criminal activity;
- commit fraud or deception;
- engage in money laundering;
- evade sanctions or export controls;
- promote or facilitate illegal transactions;
- facilitate identity theft;
- impersonate individuals or organizations without authorization.
4. Harmful or Abusive Content
You may not create, publish, distribute, or promote content that:
- threatens violence;
- promotes terrorism or violent extremism;
- incites unlawful violence;
- promotes human trafficking;
- promotes child exploitation;
- facilitates self-harm or suicide;
- harasses, stalks, or intimidates individuals;
- contains unlawful hate speech.
5. Privacy and Personal Data
You may not:
- process personal data without a lawful basis;
- collect personal data deceptively;
- violate applicable privacy laws;
- submit personal data you are not authorized to disclose;
- use the Platform to conduct unlawful surveillance;
- attempt to obtain credentials, authentication tokens, or confidential information without authorization.
Creators remain responsible for ensuring that their Agents comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
6. Intellectual Property
You may not use the Platform to:
- infringe copyrights;
- infringe trademarks;
- infringe patents;
- misappropriate trade secrets;
- distribute content that you do not have the right to use.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that content, prompts, workflows, integrations, and outputs associated with their Agents do not infringe third-party rights.
7. Security Abuse
You may not:
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;
- probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
- interfere with Platform security;
- distribute malware;
- distribute ransomware;
- deploy malicious code;
- conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users.
8. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may not use the Platform to:
- send spam;
- send unsolicited bulk communications;
- conduct phishing campaigns;
- distribute deceptive communications;
- send messages in violation of applicable anti-spam laws.
9. Deceptive or Harmful AI Use
You may not create or operate Agents that:
- intentionally deceive users regarding their identity;
- impersonate individuals without authorization;
- generate fraudulent or misleading business information;
- conduct scams or social engineering attacks;
- facilitate credential theft;
- manipulate individuals through deceptive practices;
- generate content intended to mislead users regarding material facts.
Creators must accurately describe the capabilities and limitations of their Agents.
Prohibited AI Practices (EU AI Act)
You may not create, publish, or operate Agents that engage in practices prohibited by Article 5 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act), including Agents that:
- deploy subliminal, purposefully manipulative, or deceptive techniques that materially distort a person's behaviour in a manner that causes or is likely to cause significant harm;
- exploit vulnerabilities of persons due to their age, disability, or social or economic situation in a manner that causes or is likely to cause significant harm;
- evaluate or classify persons based on social behaviour or personal characteristics, leading to detrimental or unfavourable treatment (social scoring);
- assess or predict the risk of a person committing a criminal offence based solely on profiling or personality traits;
- create or expand facial recognition databases through untargeted scraping of facial images from the internet or CCTV footage;
- infer the emotions of persons in workplace or educational settings, except for medical or safety reasons;
- categorize persons based on biometric data to deduce or infer race, political opinions, trade union membership, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, or sexual orientation;
- perform real-time remote biometric identification in publicly accessible spaces.
10. Regulated Activities
Unless authorized under applicable law and regulations, you may not use the Platform to provide:
- legal advice;
- medical diagnosis or treatment;
- financial advisory services;
- regulated insurance services;
- regulated securities activities;
- regulated gambling services.
Nothing in this section prohibits lawful support tools used by qualified professionals, provided all applicable laws are followed.
11. AI Provider and Integration Compliance
Creators are responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms, policies, and usage restrictions applicable to:
- AI model providers;
- APIs;
- integrations;
- third-party services used by their Agents.
Appesco B.V. is not responsible for violations of third-party provider terms caused by Creator-built workflows or integrations.
12. Enforcement
Appesco B.V. may investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
Where we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, we may:
- remove content;
- disable Agents;
- suspend accounts;
- terminate accounts;
- withhold payouts;
- limit Platform access;
- notify affected parties;
- cooperate with law enforcement or regulators.
We are not obligated to provide advance notice where doing so could compromise security, legal compliance, investigations, or the safety of others.

If you believe content, an Agent, or a user violates this AUP, please contact:

14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
