Overview
This page identifies the third-party providers used by z3t.ai to operate the Platform.
These providers may process personal data on behalf of Appesco B.V. as part of delivering infrastructure, storage, communications, payments, artificial intelligence services, or related functionality.

Platform Subprocessors
The following providers may process data as part of operating the Platform.

AI Providers
AI providers are only involved when a specific Agent or workflow is configured to use their services.
A request is not automatically sent to every provider listed above.
Depending on how an Agent is configured, inputs may be processed by:
- OpenAI;
- Anthropic;
- Google;
- additional providers that may be added in the future.
Creators are responsible for accurately describing the functionality and AI providers used by their Agents.

Creator-Configured Integrations
Creators may configure Agents to connect to additional third-party services that are not operated or selected by Appesco B.V.
Examples may include:
- CRM systems;
- databases;
- internal business systems;
- communication platforms;
- productivity tools;
- APIs;
- MCP servers;
- custom integrations.
These services:
- are selected by the Creator;
- are not part of Appesco B.V.'s standard subprocessors list;
- may have their own privacy and security practices;
- remain the responsibility of the Creator configuring them.
Appesco B.V. does not review, audit, approve, or assume responsibility for Creator-configured integrations.
International Data Transfers
Some subprocessors may process personal data outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
Several Platform services are operated within the European Union, including hosting, storage, and certain communication services. Other providers, including AI and payment providers, may process data in additional jurisdictions.
Where required by applicable law, Appesco B.V. relies on appropriate safeguards, including:
- Standard Contractual Clauses;
- adequacy decisions;
- other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Where required by applicable law or contractual commitments, we will provide additional notice regarding changes to subprocessors.
