Every organization starts on the free tier of every plan and can upgrade any time.
Two kinds of organization
Personal
Your own private workspace — just you. It can't invite members, so the active-user plan doesn't apply.
Team
For businesses building processes with AI Agents. A team organization can invite members and subscribe to the active-user plan.
Plans
All prices below are per calendar month and exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your billing details. Plans are paid from your prepaid EUR balance.
Larger plans cost less per unit than smaller ones, so a single organization is always cheaper than splitting your work across several.

Input templates let an admin standardize how the team runs an Agent — pre-filled, partly locked inputs that become your reusable process.

Monthly active users (team organizations)
A monthly active user is a member who runs at least one Agent in the calendar month. The count resets on the first of each month.

Audit retention
Controls how long your run history and files are kept, and your storage limit. See your organization's Subscriptions page for the current tiers.
How changes are billed
Upgrades are immediate. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the start of next month.
- Upgrade — applies right away. You're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current month, then the full monthly price from the first of next month. Moving up from a paid plan only charges the difference.
- Downgrade or cancel — scheduled for the first of next month. You keep everything you've paid for until then; there's no refund for the unused part of the month.
- Renewal — plans renew automatically on the first of each month, charged from your prepaid EUR balance. If the balance can't cover a renewal, the plan drops to the free tier after a short grace period.
What happens to templates when you downgrade
Downgrading never deletes anything. If you have more templates than your new plan allows, the extra ones are locked — kept, but unusable — until you upgrade again or an admin picks which ones stay active within the new limit. Re-upgrading unlocks them instantly.
Monthly active users and audit retention have no such lock: the active-user count simply resets each month, and retention only affects data going forward.
