When buyers run your paid Agents, you earn money.
This guide explains how those earnings move from a completed Run to your bank account.
From Run to earning
Every successful paid Run generates an earning.
Your earning is the Run price minus the platform fee.
Free Credit Runs don't generate EUR earnings — they're about discovery, not revenue. See Pricing Your Agent.
The earnings hold
Earnings don't become available the instant a Run completes.
Each paid earning is held for 7 days.
During the hold, the earning is neither spendable nor withdrawable — it's waiting out the buyer's dispute window.
The hold is what makes buyer refunds possible without clawing money back from you after you've already spent it. Once the window closes cleanly, the earning matures and becomes yours to use.
After the hold closes and no dispute is open, the earning matures and moves to your available balance.
What you can do with available earnings
Once earnings are available, you can:
- Withdraw them to your connected bank account, or
- Spend them on Z3T.ai — running other Agents or using platform services.
Held earnings can do neither. That's the point of the hold.
Each withdrawal must be at least €200. Below that, earnings simply stay in your balance — still spendable on the platform — until you've accumulated enough to withdraw. You can also enable automatic payouts to sweep your eligible balance to your bank account without lifting a finger.
Connecting your bank account
Payouts are handled through our payments provider.
Before you can withdraw, you'll complete a short onboarding to connect your bank account:
- Choose your country.
- Provide the details our payments provider requires to verify you.
- Return to Z3T.ai — you can refresh your status at any time.
Until onboarding is complete, earnings still accrue; you just can't withdraw them yet.
Statements
Your earnings are summarized into periodic statements.
Each statement shows, for the period:
- Runs — the number of paid Runs in the period
- Gross — total Run revenue
- Platform fee — what Z3T.ai charged
- Net — what you earned
Statements give you a clean, per-period view of your income for accounting.
Self-billed invoices
For each settled period, Z3T.ai issues a self-billed invoice on your behalf.
You don't need to raise invoices to the platform yourself — the statement and its self-billed invoice are your record of what you were paid and when. If something on a self-billed invoice looks wrong, let us know within 14 days; the details are in the Creator Terms.
How disputes affect payouts
Buyers can dispute a paid Run within its hold window. See Disputes & Refunds for the buyer's side.
Here's what that means for you:
- A filed dispute, on its own, never harms you. Only a reviewer's ruling does.
- While a Run is disputed, its held earning is frozen and won't mature until the dispute resolves.
- If a dispute is rejected, the held earning matures to you as normal.
- If a dispute is upheld, the buyer is refunded, that earning is voided, and the finding counts as a strike against you.
Strikes and suspension
Strikes only ever come from a human-upheld finding that a Run didn't deliver.
- No accuser can strike you by filing alone.
- Strikes are counted over a rolling window.
- Enough upheld strikes in that window leads to suspension.
A number of open, credible disputes at once can also temporarily pause payouts while things are reviewed.
The system is deliberately asymmetric: honest creators are never punished by bad-faith reports, but repeatedly failing to deliver has real consequences.
Building trust
The fastest way to keep payouts flowing is simple.
- Deliver what your Agent's description promises.
- Keep that description accurate and specific.
- Only report success when the Run genuinely succeeded.
Do that, and holds close, earnings mature, and withdrawals stay uninterrupted.
