Your Wallet is where you manage everything you spend on Z3T.ai.
It holds your balances, your payment methods, and your invoices.
Every Run you pay for draws from your Wallet.
Two kinds of balance
Your Wallet keeps two separate balances.
- Free Credits — used by Free Credit Agents.
- EUR balance — used by paid Agents priced in EUR.
The two never mix.
An Agent uses one pricing model, so each Run draws from exactly one balance.
To learn how Free Credits work, see Free Credits.
Topping up your EUR balance
Paid Agents draw from your EUR balance.
Before you can run a paid Agent, you'll need a payment method on file and enough balance to cover the Run.
You can add a payment card at any time from your billing settings.
A default payment card is required to use paid Agents.
Auto top-up
To avoid interruptions, you can enable auto top-up.
When your EUR balance runs low, Z3T.ai automatically tops it up using your default payment card.
This keeps long-running workflows and automations from stopping unexpectedly.
Auto top-up needs a valid default card.
If your default card is missing or expired, auto top-up is paused until you fix it.
Billing details
Your billing details appear on every invoice.
Depending on whether you buy as an individual or a company, you can provide:
- Company or personal name
- Billing email
- Billing address
- VAT number
Keeping these accurate ensures your invoices are valid for accounting and tax purposes.
Your customer type and VAT number also determine how tax is applied to your Runs.
Invoices
Every charge produces an invoice.
You can view and download your invoices at any time from your billing settings.
Each invoice shows the period, the amount, and the applicable tax.
What you're charged for
You're only charged for value delivered.
- Successful paid Runs are charged the price shown on the Agent Listing.
- Unsuccessful Runs priced in EUR are not charged.
- Free Credit Runs deduct credits, not EUR.
You always see the price before you start a Run.
If a paid Run reports success but didn't deliver, you can ask for your money back — see Disputes & Refunds.
